The owner thought he needed complex contracts and more layers of partnerships in order to naviagte his problems. What benefited him was identifying LeasePAL's foundational priorities, and purpose. Then the foundational priorities, and purpose were used as a standard by which to make decisions.
Two partnerships benefited the partners, but not LeasePAL. Another two partnerships needed to wait until the partner had done more work. Together these were syphoning off needed capital. The remaining deal was the one to move forward with.
Pleased with the above mediation, LeasePAL asked DeClare to additionally do Graphic Design work for them. DeClare did projects such as character design for the LeasePAL mascot called "Quali", working on their trade show messaging, and even designing a car wrap for a car that was on display outside the 24 hours of Daytona race this year.
